How does it work?

  1. Pick a Geek 
    Choose from number of Geeks according to their qualifications and experience. Find a Geek who will best fit in your team or company. See available Geeks now
     
  2. Interview 
    Interview chosen Geeks to find the best fit for you. Make two rounds of interviews, test the Geeks and be sure to have the right one. See how to interview

     

  3. Sign Contract
    To hire a Geek you will be signing a contract with GeekPicker LTD under which a Geek will be full time employee dedicated to you as any employee in your company working offsite. You would have no employer responsibility as all employer’s responsibilities are with GeekPicker LTD. GeekPicker LTD employ the Geeks and providing them with working environment and other required facilities.

     

  4. Start work
    Once all comunication and way of work is agreed and 1st working day is set. Geek can start work using applications like slack, skype for comunication, jira for task management, hubstaff for work tracking etc
     
  5. Get invoice and pay monthly
    Invoice is issued on first day of the work for equivalent amount in current month. Every next invoice is issued on beginning of the month for that month. Invoices have 15 days due period payment terms
